Day 8

In the morning ”Eco Handmade” met with local youth and showed them up-cycling tutorials. After that, the eco-flashmob took place in the center of the town Cristuru Secuiesc. A quick lunch was followed by the meeting with felting professionals who showed us how to make shoes from wool. In the evening final evaluation of the project took place and youthpasses were given to participants.

Day 7

The Spanish team made a workshop and our motivated participants started to make up- cycled jewelry. As usual they worked on up-cycling tutorials and also prepared for next day’s eco-flashmob. In the evening team from Portugal presented Portuguese culture with delicious food, beautiful songs and presentation.

Day 6

The Estonian team began the day with an up-cycling workshop where participants made useful objects from old postcards. At the same time, participants were editing video tutorials that they had made a few days before. Traditional soup, Goulash, was eaten for lunch. Participants then prepared for an eco-flashmob, while also playing funny energizers. The sixth day of youth mobility came to an end with a well organized Estonian cultural night.

Day 5

The morning promised a great day as we began with a visit to the local market. Participants had a chance to meet with a woman who is making eco-tea from local herbs. In the afternoon they watched each others videos, which they made during previous days. This time they worked on outdoor decorations after the Portuguese team made a demonstration during their workshop.
As it was the middle of the project, evaluation took more time. After all activities Spanish cultural evening was organized with real Spanish spirit and tricky questions about Spain.

Day 4

The 4th day of the youth exchange had an amusing beginning with interactive games, which participants enjoyed a lot. They settled down in their daily routine of working on recycled materials and taking tutorials. The team from Germany taught us how to work with bio-plastic and make an amazing lamp shades. In the evening, after evaluation time, the Slovenian team organized a beautiful Slovenian cultural night.

Day 3

After an early breakfast our project went to Odorheiu Secuiesc, where we visited waste management company and collected some useful items. When we came back, we started to make video tutorials about up-cycled accessories, we had a daily evaluation and German cultural night followed by interesting talks about the capital of Germany, Berlin.

Day 2

The day started creatively, participants of the youth mobility made a lot of accessories from recycled materials after workshop of Slovenian team. Later they brainstormed and presented ideas about how to influence people to recycle and up-cycle. After video making workshop it was evaluation of the day and wonderful Romanian cultural Night.

DAY 1

Exchange started with energizers and games. After, participants got to know each other, AACS team made presentation about Erasmus + program, explained what is Youthpass and presented “My Diary”. Later participants showed what is situation of recycling and upcycling in each country. Discovery of the venue, Cristuru Secuiesc, was followed by amazing intercultural evening with delicious food!
